SHIPPING

All orders included bird cages are shipped Fedex or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.  Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day Select are available upon request at customer’s expense.

For bird cages sales and other bird products, we are offering free shipping on orders above $250.00.

RETURN POLICY

simbad’s bird house products are 100% Guaranteed. Should you need to make a return or exchange:

Contact our Return Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We cannot accept returns without this number on the package. Return merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement.  Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and the original carton that it was shipped in or a restocking fee will be charged. This includes bird cages.. Customer pays freight back.

Damages: You must file a Claim Form with carrier.

All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will not be responsible beyond 48 hours.
