Through
the years we have received many beautiful letters from our
friends and customers. These are some of our favorites. Thank
you again for all your support and confidence on us. We look
forward to publish more on-line customers letters in the near
future as well.

Dear
Alfredo,
Thank you very much. I know that you have
a great store, because we visited in person
a few times when we lived in Miami. The staff
was always very helpful. Now we know that
you have great customer service AFTER the
sale.
Thank you again for your help.

Dear
Alfredo,
Your
store was everything we had hoped it would
be, and more. Thank you very much for opening
your doors and allowing us to film with
you and your customers. The pet owner's
affection for their birds came across very
strong. It will add greatly to the film.
Thank
you also for the parrot book you gave us.
It is a generous gift and will be very useful
as we work to finish the film.
In
coming months we may call you periodically
to fact-check our script. We will also be
sure to let you know when the film will
air, most likely this fall.
Thank
you again for your help.
Sincerely,

Dear
Alfredo & Helga:
We
are eternally grateful for accidentally having
found you. Of all the bird farms, wholesalers,
breeders & pet shops in general the only
place that gives their pets as well as their
customers so much devotion, love and affection
have been the two of you.
We
have found a piece of ourselves in you, and
thank you from the bottom of our hearts for
bearing with us. We've been as curious about
the birds as they have been about themselves
and you've been more than patient in answering
all questions as well as directing us. Thank
you for sharing your knowledge and above all
your friendship.
Your
collection of exotic birds is astounding,
there's not one sad face in that crowd! We
wish you many years of continued success.
I
must admit walking into Simbad's evokes panic
(for beautiful things are hard to pass up),
but most of all great joy.
God
bless & keep you always in good health
and happy.
Sincerely,
Roly

To
Alfredo and his staff at Simbad's Bird House,
I
just wanted to write and say "thank you"
for a wonderful bird. Although at first I
was a little skeptical about buying such a
large macaw, it turns out that "Cisco"
has been one of my best investments for a
pet. He quickly became a part of the family
from day one, and has fascinated us with his
intelligent and loving personality. If any
of our customers ever needed that small vote
of confidence to decide on buying a Military
Macaw or any other bird from your store, please
don't hesitate to call me. I have visited
fifteen other bird stores and pet shops only
to find the BEST one to be Simbad's. Being
experienced in the retail world for several
years, I tend to look for more than the average
consumer.
Your
establishment has shown me superb customer
service (a truly rare commodity these days)
Your birds seem to be the healthiest and happiest
birds in South Florida (Boca raton to Key
West) And you always politely educate the
ignorant customer by having respect for them.
I have already told several of my friends
about Simbad's, and will continue to drive
forty minutes out of my way to purchase bird
food, toys and future pets simply because
of my experiences there,
Thanks
again,

To
the nice people at Simbad's,
Thanks
for taking such good care of us. You show
that you really love birds, our owner, Herbert
Simon is very appreciative.

Dear
Alfredo,
Thank
you for your help with the ducks. The story
was shown on channel 7 and the Miami herald
is writing an article.
Two
companies, a lady that raises ducks and a
house for abused children will pick up the
excess ducks and provide them with a new home.
We
should be proud!
By
the way the ducks thank you too.
Regards,
Josefine,
